Returns

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 20 days of placing your order. You must notify me within three days after receiving thr item(s) by email @ lisa@lisamariesgigiftsgalore.com or by phone at (321) 695-6012 if you are wanting to exchange or wanting a refund.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item(s) are defective and when I inspect it I will determine if in fact it is and not caused by the customer. I do believe that people for the most part are good and honest so I do not think that this would happen. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and in original container and packing. Please pack item(s) carefully. Please indicate the reason for the return. I can either exchange item(s) or refund. I believe in giving you the service that you deserve. You are my prority! I accept PayPal for your transactions. I will also accept money orders or checks. Once you have placed your order then it is placed, period. I cannot just stop an order once it is placed because it is out of my hands and into the hands of U.P.S.




For shipping charges when not ordering through Paypal please email me at lisamariesgiftsgalore.com and put your item # and the quantity of each product. Please state your name, address, address of where you would like your order sent if different than billing address, and your phone number There will be a $20.00 service fee for returned checks. Sorry no C.O.D. Please, if you do not understand my policies or disagree, then please email me & I will be more than happy to explain them.
